Farm Equipment Service & Maintenance Building

Apple Farm Services, Inc. -  This commercial service and maintenance building project involved new construction, a 22,300 square foot expansion of an existing structure, as well as renovations. The entire facility was finished with metal panels, featured a standing seam roof system for protection and longevity.

The expansion extended on three sides of the existing service building and required removal and replacement of the original roof. By employing a phased construction approach and maintaining close coordination with our customer, the business was able to remain fully operational throughout the construction process. GAME Construction took great measures in coordination, detailed planning, drawings, and precise scheduling with all subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of this project. Ultimately, the entire development was completed within a one-year timeframe, meeting the expectations and needs of our customer.
